About
the trainers

ronald Hey guys, my name is Ronald Galang. I am a certified personal trainer and currently serving the United States Army Reserve. I am also the owner and trainer of Result Driven Fitness, a Top-Level San Leandro Boot camp.

I have been training for about 3 years now and I’ve been in the Army for 3 years. It is safe to say that I am physically active and I practice what I preach. But I wasn’t fit all my life…

My Humble beginnings, I was born in the Philippines and came here to the United States. I was a regular kid, 5'0 about 110-115 lbs, after being here in America for 4 years I suddenly ballooned up to 180 pounds @ 5′7″ Now that doesn’t sound obese or overweight, but the 180 lbs wasn’t all muscle mass, it was mostly fat. I was a big piece of flab, an unfit teenager, I wobbled instead of ran. It was not my shining moment.

Then my brother hired a personal trainer for me. That is when my life changed. That was the moment that I knew that I wanted to help people become healthier and help people achieve their fitness goals.

Personal training is my passion, it is what I do. I have been studying fitness training ever since. I have gathered priceless information and I want everyone to know how they can achieve their fitness goals.

I want to help people realize that they have the power to make the change in their lives - that if they have a goal and they want to reach it, they can if they are willing enough to make that leap.

Picture this for a moment: If you continued eating and living the way you do today, where do you see yourself in 5 years? How about 10 years? If you don't like the image you see in your head, the time is now to make that change.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I believe that reaching a fitness goal, like any other goal, is a progression. You just have to get that wheel turning. That is where I come in - to get you to move that wheel and keep it going. Yeah it's hard work, but the more you do it, the easier it gets. And oh yea, the results are completely worth it. What are the potential benefits you might ask? Look better, live longer, happier, & healthier. I think that's more than enough reasons to make the change. Now the question I'd like to ask you is: Are you ready?
